REGISTERING WITH OUR PRACTICE

From 1st November 2024 we will no longer be accepting paper format registration requests

New Patients need to register with the Practice of their choice by submitting an online registration request

WHY WE ARE MAKING THIS CHANGE: The Benefits of Online Registration

Safe & Secure: Medical record & medication details will automatically be transferred to your new Practice

More Accurate: Reduced risk of errors or missing information

More Efficient: Registrations routinely take 4-5 working days to process

HOW TO REGISTER ON-LINE

Go to the Ridge Medical Practice Website https://theridgemedicalpractice.nhs.uk

Select ‘Services’ Option

Complete the online registration form Register with a GP surgery (gp-registration.nhs.uk)

If you require assistance to register online, please discuss alternative options with our receptionist
