It’s important that vaccines are given on time for the best protection, we will routinely invite you or your child as soon as a vaccine becomes available for you, but if you or your child missed a vaccine, you can contact us to arrange an appointment to catch up. Travel Advice and vaccinations
- Our weekly travel clinic provides up-to-date pre-travel advice to individual patients or family groups.
- After a detailed assessment to identify any travel health risks from the destination, the itinerary or pre-existing medical conditions, advice on risk prevention/reduction will be given.
- Patients who are not already registered with The Ridge Medical Practice can also access this clinic for private travel advice and vaccinations.
The clinic:
- Is open every Tuesday from 2.00pm – 8.00pm
- Provides all recommended vaccinations
- Is a Registered Yellow Fever Centre
- Offers ACWY for only £35
