Catchment area

Before filling out a registration form online, check you are in our catchment area.

Our Catchment area covers all postcodes of BD6 and BD7, for BD5 postcodes our boundary is Manchester Road, we extend into the higher areas of Low Moor, the area of Shelf with HX postcodes, the areas of Clayton and Queensbury but not the Thornton and Denholme BD13 areas.

Registering with the surgery

To register with the surgery:

fill out an online registration form Register with a GP surgery (gp-registration.nhs.uk)

When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.

The turnaround time for registrations is 3 working days

Take the NHS Friends and Family Test
